Inventory Control General Labor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory General Labor employee to assist with warehouse inventory operations. The position involves using an RF scanner to locate, scan, count, and move inventory while maintaining accurate inventory records.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate an RF scanner to scan products, locations, and inventory.
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory counts.
• Verify product quantities and locations.
• Locate and identify inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Move, organize, and replenish merchandise as needed.
• Check inventory for shortages, overages, and discrepancies.
• Assist with bin checks and inventory adjustments.
• Create and process units/cases for stocking.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reports.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies or issues to the supervisor or lead.
• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately count and record inventory.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be reliable and able to follow attendance and safety policies.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends when required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry boxes and merchandise.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.
• Ability to work safely while operating or working around warehouse equipment.
• Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
