Engineering & Technology Manager

We are partnering with a global process manufacturing organization seeking an Engineering & Technology Manager to lead site engineering, technology, and capital project initiatives at a large-scale manufacturing facility.

This role will oversee a team of engineers and technical professionals while driving process improvements, technology advancements, and capital projects aimed at improving safety, reliability, quality, and operational performance. As a member of the site leadership team, this individual will work closely with operations, maintenance, quality, and EHS to support both day-to-day manufacturing excellence and long-term growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the site's Engineering & Technology team
• Identify and implement process and technology improvement opportunities
• Manage capital projects from concept through execution
• Oversee project budgets, contractor management, and equipment selection
• Partner cross-functionally with plant leadership to improve operational performance
• Drive continuous improvement, reliability, and cost reduction initiatives

Ideal Background:

• BS degree in Engineering (Chemical Engineering preferred)
• 7+ years of engineering leadership experience
• Strong capital project management experience within process manufacturing
• Background in food ingredients, fermentat
• ion, specialty chemicals, biotech, industrial chemicals, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments
• Proven people leadership and team development experience
