Warehouse Team Lead Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $20.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Lead and support the warehouse team with daily assignments and priorities.
• Operate forklifts and metal-cutting equipment as needed.
• Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time.
• Receive, inspect, organize, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Warehouse Team Lead Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience required; metal service experience preferred.
• Previous team lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred.
• Ability to safely operate or learn metal-cutting equipment.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, organized, and able to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
