Job Description

The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment within a fast-paced distribution warehouse. You will handle a variety of products, maintain inventory accuracy, and support daily shipping and receiving operations while following established safety and quality standards. The standard schedule for this role is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately.
• Load, unload, and move products throughout the warehouse.
• Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Meet daily productivity and quality goals.

Essential Skills

• Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or order fulfillment experience preferred.
• Ability to accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders.
• Comfortable using RF scanners and warehouse equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet productivity goals.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working with warehouse inventory systems or similar tools.
• Previous work in a distribution warehouse environment.
• Exposure to packaging and labeling standards for consumer products.
• Ability to follow written and scanner-based instructions with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly work area.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced distribution warehouse handling beauty, skincare, and wellness products. This role involves frequent movement, repetitive tasks, material handling, and the use of RF scanners and pallet jacks. Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Safety, cleanliness, and teamwork are key to success.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Draper, UT.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Draper,UT.
