Summary
This hands-on leadership role involves collaborating with stakeholders to develop enterprise-grade applications, guiding architectural decisions, and mentoring junior engineers. 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years in a technical leadership role (e.g., Tech Lead, Lead Engineer)
• Strong experience with JavaScript / React (front-end)
• Proficiency in C# / .NET (back-end)
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, SSMS)
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Lead technical design, discovery, and estimation for projects
• Make architectural decisions and ensure alignment across Engineering, Product, and QA teams
• Develop and deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable full-stack applications
• Mentor and support engineers to foster team development
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications
