Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate production schedules and resources.
Monitor production, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
Identify and implement process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives.
Support new product and process development.
Collaborate with Operations and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
Maintain production records using MRP/ERP systems.
Promote safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, or related field.
3+ years of manufacturing/production experience.
Experience with MRP/ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
