Job Description
Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist serving students across the early childhood to elementary school levels. Starting at the end of February and continuing through June 4, 2027, this role offers a chance to make a meaningful difference in a supportive educational environment. Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current and active CCC-SLP certification
- Experience or interest in serving ESCE (Early Childhood Special Education) and K-5 students
- Eligibility for state licensure as an SLP in Minnesota
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Commitment to evidence-based intervention and individualized student care
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs across ESCE (.7) and K-5 (.3) caseloads
- Work collaboratively with teachers, specialists, and families to support academic and social success
- Maintain accurate records and participate in team meetings as required
- Provide therapy sessions, screenings, and consultations during school hours
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all students
