Speech Language Pathologist in Andover, MN

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current and active CCC-SLP certification
• Experience or interest in serving ESCE (Early Childhood Special Education) and K-5 students
• Eligibility for state licensure as an SLP in Minnesota
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Commitment to evidence-based intervention and individualized student care

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs across ESCE (.7) and K-5 (.3) caseloads
• Work collaboratively with teachers, specialists, and families to support academic and social success
• Maintain accurate records and participate in team meetings as required
• Provide therapy sessions, screenings, and consultations during school hours
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for all students
