Job Description
Locations: Plymouth | Minnetonka | Anoka | Maple Grove | Saint Louis Park | Brooklyn Center | Champlin
Schedule: Primarily Monday - Friday, Varying between 6:45am-6pm (Part Time scheduling options available!)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Room patients, record vital signs, document chief complaints, and reconcile medication and allergy lists in Epic.
- Administer immunizations, perform phlebotomy, run 12-lead EKGs, and process point-of-care laboratory specimens.
- Assist clinicians with outpatient examinations, sterile tray setups, minor procedures, and wound care.
- Stock and sanitize exam rooms to maintain clinical infection control standards and ensure smooth daily patient flow.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Licensure: Active, unencumbered Minnesota EMT or Paramedic License required.
- Certification: Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience: Previous clinical experience administering immunizations or injections (clinic, public health, or retail environment preferred).
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with EHR/EMR documentation systems.
- Soft Skills: Excellent bedside manner, strong communication skills, and high attention to detail.
