Production Worker – Day Shift (4-Day Workweek!)

Location: Grafton, WV
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (10-hour shifts)
Pay: Competitive pay based on experience

We’re seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our production team! If you enjoy hands-on work, want steady hours, and like the idea of long weekends every week — this could be the perfect fit for you.

• Operate mixing, blending, and packaging equipment

• Weigh and combine raw materials following exact batch instructions

• Fill, label, and palletize containers of adhesive and sealant products

• Maintain clean and organized work areas

• Follow all safety and quality guidelines

• Perform basic equipment checks and report any issues

• Prior experience in manufacturing or production (preferred, but not required)

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions

• Forklift experience is a plus

• Team player with a strong work ethic and reliability

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 4-day workweek – enjoy long weekends
