Duration: Contract - 12 months

Shift: Rotating Shift 1st (6am-2pm) 2nd (2pm-10pm)

Job Description

We are seeking a Production Worker-2 to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will have experience in production processing, material inspection, and assembly of paper-based materials and a proven ability to meet quality, safety, and throughput targets in a rotating shift environment.

Responsibilities:

• Process, assemble, and package paper-based materials according to work instructions and production schedules.
• Inspect materials and finished goods for quality, dimensions, and defects, and document results.
• Operate basic production equipment safely and perform routine changeovers and setups.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and comply with 5S, safety, and GMP standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing of paper or similar materials.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and read basic work orders.
• Strong attention to detail, quality focus, and safe work practices.
• Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with basic production metrics reporting and documentation.
• Familiarity with 5S, Lean, or similar continuous improvement practices.
