Location: South Oklahoma City, OK

Pay: $18.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Type: Full-Time | 100% Onsite

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Lead to help oversee daily warehouse operations and keep workflow organized and efficient. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively, and remain composed in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse activities and workflow.
• Provide direction and support to warehouse staff to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Prioritize daily responsibilities and help maintain productivity and organization.
• Monitor inventory, materials, and warehouse processes as needed.
• Assist with resolving issues and adjusting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain clear and accurate communication with team members and management.
• Ensure warehouse areas and documentation remain organized and up to date.
• Assist with additional warehouse and administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Microsoft Suite applications.
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented.
