Compliance Coordinator

-Handle all incoming compliance inbox correspondence daily
-Interact and communicate with customers and key stakeholders to solve issues
-Coordinate with sourcing, quality, and finance teams to gather accurate answers for deadlines
-Draft clear, accurate customer and supplier facing responses for compliance related questions
-Maintain and update the prioritization dashboard/tracker so the backlog status is visible at all times

-Experience working in a customer service, compliance, data entry, or auditing position
-Demonstrated ability to manage a large volume of open items/tickets simultaneously
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel
-Ability to work with different AI tools and other data tracking software when needed
