Job Description
Join a growing aviation team supporting airport improvement projects across Nebraska, Iowa, and Kansas. You'll work on projects from design through construction, collaborating with clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams to deliver impactful aviation infrastructure.
Responsibilities- Prepare engineering designs, plans, specifications, and technical reports for airport projects.
- Analyze engineering data and develop practical design solutions.
- Coordinate with clients, project teams, and FAA/DOT stakeholders.
- Support construction administration through site visits, meetings, and project walkthroughs.
- Manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously.
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- PE license.
- 1–5 years of civil engineering experience (aviation, transportation, roadway, or land development preferred).
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel for project meetings and site visits.
Preferred
- Experience with FAA and/or DOT-funded projects.
- AutoCAD/Civil 3D and ArcGIS experience.

This is a Permanent position based out of Lincoln, NE.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
