School Based Physical Therapist - Near Medford OR

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated School-Based Physical Therapist (PT) to support students in a district near Medford, OR. This role focuses on helping students improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional access within the school environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate students’ gross motor and mobility needs
• Develop and implement IEP goals and treatment plans
• Provide direct physical therapy services in school settings
• Support safe access to classrooms and school activities
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and related service providers
• Maintain documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
• Active or eligible Oregon PT license
• School-based experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with pediatric or special education populations a plus
