Skills & Abilities

Basic or higher level math skills - must be able to calculate and verify counts, etc;  Requires a minimum of average computer skills for basic data entry;  Ability to pay close attention to detail, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Operation of machines or equipment per provided on the job training and job traveler.

In process inspection of parts to ensure quality of parts produced.

Maintaining and completing documentation as specified by quality procedures and the job traveler.

Packaging parts according to best business practices and/or job traveler instructions.

Informs the supervisor of any complications with tooling, job travelers, or machinery.

Performing general clean-up and maintenance of work area.

Follow all safety procedures as discussed in training and meetings.

Other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Basic or normal lifting up to 50 pounds (aided), sitting, standing, hearing, vision, and manual dexterity abilities are essential functions of this job.

Open warehouse environment with varied working conditions (heat, cold, wind, dry, noise, etc.)

Necessary safety equipment required.  Requires appropriate clothing including long pants, solid/protective footwear, etc.
