Material Handler

Position: Material Handler

Location: Twinsburg, OH

Shifts/Schedule: 7am-3:30pm (+1 weekend per month)

Salary: $20/hr (quarterly and annual bonus options offered)

Must Haves:

Prior experience operating and driving a forklift to pull and stage materials

Ability to read instructions, basic technical drawings, and follow written safety procedures

Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Experience using hand tools (hammer, circular saw, table saw, band saw, nail gun)

Day-To-Day:
Insight Global is partnering with an engineering manufacturing company to hire a Material Handler in the Twinsburg, OH area. This role supports production operations by handling and processing plastic materials throughout the manufacturing cycle. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Separating and sorting plastic sheets, boxing, labeling, and weighing inventory, and following a designated grinding schedule.

Load materials into grinding equipment to convert them into pellet form for reuse in sheet production, as well as perform machine teardown, cleaning, and maintenance.

Staging materials for upcoming jobs and working closely with the production team to ensure efficiency and workflow continuity. Training will include exposure to additional production floor duties to build a comprehensive understanding of all positions and processes. Candidates must be comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and be able to perform other tasks as assigned by management while maintaining safety and operational standards.
