Sr. Software Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a collaborative team building modern, scalable applications in Georgia. This position blends front-end and back-end development, giving you the opportunity to work across the stack with contemporary JavaScript frameworks, server-side technologies, and cloud-based environments. The role also includes guiding less-experienced engineers while remaining deeply involved in hands-on technical delivery.

Responsibilities:
• Build and enhance user-facing features using Vue.js, with an emphasis on creating responsive and maintainable interfaces.
• Develop server-side functionality and application services with Node.js and Next.js to support scalable product capabilities.
• Contribute equally across front-end and back-end development, balancing UI implementation with API and service design.
• Create and maintain backend components using Java and Spring Boot where platform needs require it.
• Support cloud-based application development and deployment, including work within AWS or comparable cloud platforms.
• Lead efforts to modernize legacy solutions by moving existing services toward updated API-based architectures.
• Provide technical direction to entry-level team members through mentoring, code reviews, and practical problem solving.
• Communicate architectural decisions, implementation details, and project progress clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.• Hands-on experience developing front-end applications with Vue.js; additional exposure to JavaScript frameworks such as Angular is beneficial.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript for building reliable and maintainable full-stack applications.
• Solid backend development experience using Node.js and Next.js in production environments.
• Working knowledge of Java and Spring Boot for enterprise application development.
• Experience delivering full-stack solutions with meaningful contributions to both client-side and server-side systems.
• Familiarity with AWS or another major cloud platform used for application hosting and services.
• Background in legacy modernization or service migration initiatives involving API-driven architectures.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts thoroughly and mentor other engineers.
