IMMEDIATE HIRE – CONSTRUCTION WORKERS

We are is seeking reliable, motivated Construction Workers for projects in and around Montville, CT, and Surrounding Areas. We’re looking for people with hands-on experience in carpentry, carpenter assisting, general construction labor, remodeling, or a combination of these skills.

We welcome candidates with residential, commercial, or both types of construction experience.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Hands-on construction experience in residential and/or commercial work
• Carpentry, framing, drywall, trim, demolition, remodeling, or general labor experience
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Able to follow plans, measurements, and supervisor instructions
• Capable of material handling, jobsite cleanup, and physically demanding work
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• OSHA 10 preferred or willingness to obtain

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Depending on your experience and the project, you may:

• Assist carpenters and other skilled trades
• Perform general construction labor and demolition
• Assist with framing, drywall, trim, doors, windows, and remodeling
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials
• Use hand and power tools safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
• Work with other trades to keep projects moving

CARPENTERS, HELPERS & LABORERS WELCOME

You do not need to be a finished carpenter to qualify.

PROJECT LENGTH VARIES

Our available work includes both short-term and long-term assignments, depending on the project. Work availability can vary, but we regularly have opportunities for qualified construction workers.
