Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: My mom has onset dementia. Very limited short term memory. Needs help to remember to eat, to fix meals. She can do household chores now, and prefers to do them. Except needs help vacuuming. My dad is in a nursing home with hospice care, 45 minutes away. May need help getting her there. About the care needs: Someone who is assertive but not bossy. Caring. Mom loves gardening and decorating, takes pride in her home. Someone who shares those same interests. Someone who can cook her meals. Even just sit and chat. Services needed include: transportation, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
