we want someone who is: - not too young that they have competing interests like their own young kids or social lives but not too old that they have no stamina - someone who worked the neighborhood so they know where to go and what classes there are - good communicators with the parents with language requirements to be able to talk to first responders or pediatricians in english - not too chatty and able to read the room and comfortable to have in our homes and lives all the time - sense of professionalism and personal boundaries
