The posted compensation range of $15.67 - $22.14 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Essential Key Job Responsibilities

1. Provide customer service, to include checking members check in and problem solving for all customer.
2. Compiles and processes information for the Wellness Center, includes typing, filing, auditing, copying, maintaining and monitoring department and membership records.
3. Provides department services including Pro Shop and Energy Stop services to members
4. Helps with planning, scheduling, and organizing of special projects and events.
5. Maintains front desk and lobby, including boards, event signage and facility program communication
6. Perform value added activities which result in positive financial performance and customer satisfaction
7. Performs other related duties as signed or requested by manager

Must have ability to work effectively, efficiently and collaboratively in a diverse and multi-cultural environment.
