Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality care and assistance to residents in our facility, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as ambulation, transfers, and mobility exercises
• Document resident care and treatment plans in accordance with facility policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
• Participate in resident care conferences and develop individualized care plans
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents and staff

Requirements:
• 0 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current CNA certification
