About the Role: We looking for a passionate and experienced State License Assisted Living or Nursing Home  Administrator to lead our care community in Roanoke, VA. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of residents and staff while overseeing the day-to-day operations of a compassionate, resident-centered environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the assisted living facility ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff to maintain a high-quality care team
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote resident health, safety, and well-being
• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, families, and regulatory agencies
• Coordinate care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals and direct care staff
• Maintain occupancy goals through community outreach and relationship building

Requirements:

• Valid Virginia Assisted Living Administrator license or Nursing Home or ability to obtain one
• 2+ years of experience in assisted living, long-term care, or senior living administration
• Strong knowledge of Virginia Department of Social Services (DSS) regulations
• Proven leadership and staff management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with residents, families, and staff
• Experience with budget management and financial oversight
• Compassionate, organized, and solutions-driven mindset
