Description:

• PT needed for multi-modality position (home health, outpatient, acute).
• The percentage would be roughly 80% OP, 15% Acute, and 5% HH. High Possibility the PT Will work mostly OP. RURAL LOCATION. VET LOCATION AND HOUSING PRIOR TO SUBMITTING.
• Will work at area facilities (all within a 60-mile radius, including home health visits).
• Should have strong general experience, including some post-op, sports injury, and geriatrics.
• Prefers both outpatient and inpatient experiences.

Requirements:

• Outpatient experience
• 2 years of PT experience
