A friendly family in Hershey (Derry Township), PA is seeking a full-time, long-term nanny to care for their twin four-year-old daughters and nine-month-old baby. They are looking for a warm, loving, and professional caregiver who enjoys working with young children and creating a nurturing, engaging environment. During the school year, all three children attend part-time school or daycare, allowing the nanny time to stay organized and manage child-related responsibilities. The role is primarily focused on providing attentive childcare while supporting the children's daily routines and development.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional childcare experience required
• Previous professional infant experience required
• Current CPR / First Aid certification required
• Non-smoker
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
• Comfortable driving children; a family vehicle will be provided for on-the-job driving
• Up to date on COVID, Tdap, and annual flu vaccinations
• Warm, flexible, dependable, and professional

Responsibilities

• Provide loving, attentive, and age-appropriate care for three young children
• Prepare bottles, meals, and snacks for the children
• Clean up after meals and bottles
• Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning, creativity, and development
• Transport the children to and from activities as needed
• Support daily routines while encouraging independence and confidence
• Maintain open communication with the family regarding schedules and the children's progress
• Complete child-related tidying and organization

The family has a friendly chocolate Labrador who requires very minimal care. The twins enjoy gymnastics and dance, and all three children attend part-time school or daycare during the school year.

Position Details
Location: Hershey (Derry Township), PA
Schedule:
40 guaranteed hours per week, with most weeks totaling 38-40 hours.

• Monday: 6:30 AM-6:30 PM
• Tuesday: 6:30 AM-9:00 AM (may eventually become an off day)
• Wednesday: 6:30 AM-6:30 PM
• Thursday: 6:30 AM-6:30 PM
• Friday: Off

Additional hours may be available through date nights or other family needs.

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Hourly Rate: $32/hour, based on experience; taxes withheld
