Build High-Performance Cleaning Machines

Step onto the production floor in Pingree Grove, IL and help assemble professional-grade commercial and industrial cleaning equipment—auto scrubbers, vacuums, floor machines, burnishers, extractors, and sweepers. As an Electromechanical Assembly Technician, you’ll turn detailed prints and bills of material into rock-solid machines that customers rely on every day.

What a day looks like

Your shift starts at 7:00am. You gather components, review documentation, and use hand tools, pneumatic tools, and power tools to assemble sub-systems and full machines. As builds progress, you verify fit, function, and finish, catching issues early through in-process testing. You’ll collaborate closely with the Line Foreman and teammates, keep work moving with accurate tickets and tags, and wrap the day knowing your work is built to last.

Key responsibilities

• Follow documentation, blueprints, and BOMs to assemble units to spec.
• Inspect incoming and in-process parts; reject or report nonconforming items.
• Conduct in-process machine tests to verify quality standards.
• Support the Line Foreman and assist teammates to meet build targets.
• Accurately complete material move tickets, inspection data, in-process/reject tags, rework orders, and corrective action reports.
• Use the company computer system to print material move tickets and perform related tasks.
• Practice safe work habits and follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures.

Pay, schedule, and employment type

• Compensation: $17.50 – $20.00 per hour
• Hours: 7:00am – 3:30pm, with occasional overtime
• Type: Contract-to-hire
• Location: Pingree Grove, IL

Attendance Bonus Available

Earn $1,000–$3,000 in cash bonuses based on experience and position. The first bonus is paid after one month of perfect attendance, with additional monthly payments thereafter.
