About the Role

As a PRN Physical Therapist with Avir at Hearne, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients, including evaluating and treating patients, developing treatment plans, and educating patients and families on self-care and wellness strategies. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care is delivered to our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients with physical therapy needs, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

• Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and progress

• Participate in patient education, teaching patients and families about self-care and wellness strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
