Weld Test- no backing on the weld test and no weaving, can oscillate only ½ inch 

Fluxcore .045

3 positions, groove weld.  1g, 2g, 3g.

NO BACKING

Flux Core and Mig -  must be able to read prints, read a tape measure and layout, fit and weld

Sizzle:

Annual bonus: bonus can be 1/2 weeks pay of salary and up to 8.5 weeks pay of salary
