As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will play a vital role in enhancing the communication and swallowing abilities of our patients.

Role Summary:

As a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide speech-language pathology services to patients with a range of communication and swallowing disorders. Your expertise will help our patients communicate effectively, maintain independence, and improve their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients' communication and swallowing abilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' communication and swallowing needs

• Provide speech, language, and swallowing therapy to patients, including individual and group sessions

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient-centered care and optimize treatment outcomes

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes

• Participate in staff education and training programs to stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field

• Current certification in speech-language pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)

• Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

This is a Per Diem opportunity, which means you will work on an as-needed basis to support our patient care needs. Your flexibility and adaptability will be essential in this role.
