We’re seeking a Surgery Center Administrator to lead day-to-day facility operations, partner with physicians and governing leadership, and build a high-performing environment focused on quality, patient experience, and sustainable growth.

Build strong relationships with physicians, medical staff, and governing boards, serving as a key operational liaison
Drive quality, patient safety, infection prevention, regulatory compliance, and accreditation readiness
Monitor financial and operational performance while identifying opportunities for sustainable growth and improvement

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, or related field
• Demonstrated healthcare leadership and operational management experience
• Direct Ambulatory Surgery Center leadership experience strongly preferred
• Hospital Surgical Services leadership experience with ASC exposure will also be considered
• Experience with accreditation and regulatory standards such as AAAHC, Joint Commission, CMS, and applicable state requirements
