Position Details
Position: Forklift Associate
Location: Hebron, KY
Shift: 1st Shift – Monday through Friday
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $22.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities
As a Forklift Associate, you will help safely and efficiently move, load, unload, and organize materials throughout the warehouse.
Responsibilities include:
- Operate authorized warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Move materials throughout the warehouse according to work orders and instructions.
- Load and unload materials from pallets, racks, shelves, and vehicles.
- Use RF scanners and the warehouse management system to accurately track freight.
- Count, weigh, and record materials moved or handled.
- Attach identifying tags and labels to materials as required.
- Secure materials for transportation using appropriate strapping, bracing, or padding.
- Complete required paperwork accurately and on time.
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Accurately and courteously handle client merchandise.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or forklift experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to complete basic forms, checklists, and warehouse documentation.
- Strong attendance, punctuality, and dependability.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the position.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States for any employer on an ongoing basis without company sponsorship.
Forklift certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
