What it takes to succeed

• WABO FCAW certification preferred. No card yet? You’ll have the opportunity to complete certification during the hiring process.
• 2+ years in structural steel fitting/welding preferred.
• Confident blueprint interpretation and strong technical welding skills.
• Comfort lifting heavy materials and working in multiple positions.
• Detail-driven and safety-focused.

Pay, schedule, location

• Compensation: $30 - $38/hr, DOE
• Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 630 am - 4:30 pm, OR Monday - Thursday, 4:30 pm - 3 am, OT as needed
• Location: Orting, WA
