About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be responsible for assisting our medical staff with patient care, including vital sign monitoring, bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment, reporting any changes in patient condition, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure individualized care plans are being met.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse

• Report changes in patient condition to the nursing staff

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care

• Assist with feeding, toileting, and transferring patients

• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols

Requirements

• Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania

• High school diploma or equivalent required
