Job Summary
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, including assisting with daily living activities, taking vital signs, and reporting any changes in condition to our nursing team. Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, including vital signs, to the nursing team

• Provide emotional support and comfort to residents, promoting a positive and respectful care environment

• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices and regulatory requirements

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care records

Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 0 years of experience as a CNA (entry-level candidates welcomed)

• Ability to lift, move, and transfer residents safely and efficiently

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with varying priorities and deadlines
