Welder/Fabricator

What You’ll Do

• Perform MIG, TIG, stick, and other welding processes as required.
• Fabricate and assemble metal components according to blueprints and specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
• Measure and inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Identify and correct welding or fabrication defects.
• Safely operate and maintain welding equipment, tools, and related machinery.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Work closely with Engineering, Production, and other team members to solve problems and meet production goals.
• Take ownership of quality, productivity, and safety.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous welding/fabrication experience in manufacturing or construction preferred.
• Experience with MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials as required.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team.
• Welding certifications are a plus, but not required.

Schedule

Flexible shift availability required. Positions may include day, afternoon, evening, night, and overnight shifts based on production needs.
