Welder/Fabricator

We are seeking a talented and experienced fabricator to join our dynamic team in Columbia, SC, 29201. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our manufacturing process, utilizing your expertise to create high-quality products while mentoring junior fabricators. • Interpret and analyze blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements.
• Utilize MIG and Stick welding techniques throughout the facility
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all products meet industry standards and specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to optimize fabrication processes and improve product designs.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fabrication, with a strong background in welding.
• Experience with MIG and Stick welding (Tig experience is a plus)
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with industry safety standards and practices.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment.
