Full-Time Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) are eligible for up to a $12,000 Sign-On Bonus.

QualificationsTo be successful as an RN or LPN, you must have:
Nursing degree or diploma from an accredited nursing program
Current, active, and unencumbered North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Current CPR Certification
Minimum of one (1) year of Long-Term Care experience preferred
As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will:
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with each resident's individualized plan of care and within your scope of practice.
Administer medications and treatments and maintain accurate documentation.
Monitor residents' conditions and promptly communicate changes to the appropriate clinical team and attending physician.
Support and oversee the daily nursing activities of Nursing Assistants as appropriate.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional, resident-centered care.
Promote a safe, compassionate, and respectful environment for residents, families, and team members.
