What You'll Do

• Transform Environments: Evaluate homes and implement creative modifications to maximize patient safety.
• Restore Independence: Design client-centered plans to help patients confidently master activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Empower Support Systems: Train families and caregivers on proactive safety strategies and transfers.
• Drive Team Care: Partner with doctors and nurses to coordinate comprehensive, holistic recovery plans.

What You Bring

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of clinical OT experience; home health experience is a major plus!
• Credentials: Active State OT License.
• Drive: A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and a passion for autonomous care.
