Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Monitor residents' vital signs and health status, documenting changes appropriately.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Conduct routine assessments and report any concerns to the supervising nurse.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents.
• Participate in staff training and development programs to enhance nursing skills.

Requirements:

• Current LPN or RN licensure in the state of Arkansas.
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective resident interaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to resident-centered care.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
