This program is ideal for individuals who:

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be at least 17 years of age

• Must meet the specific requirements required by the school

• Applicants must reside in one of the following counties: Broome, Cayuga, Chemung, Chenango, Cortland, Delaware, Genesee, Livingston, Madison, Monroe, Onondaga, Ontario, Orleans, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Tioga, Tompkins, Wayne, Wyoming and Yates
