Physical Therapist

Position Purpose:                            

Evaluates and formulates treatment plans and establishes rehabilitation goals with the patient, and if appropriate, the patient's family.  Treats patient's disabilities, injuries, and diseases; and provides education to patient and family as appropriate to achieve patient's maximum functional level and improve the quality of life.  Performs all duties as assigned by the Supervisor and/or Director.                                                     

Position Qualifications:                            

Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.                            

Must hold a current license, or be eligible for licensure, issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Physical Therapy.

Experience preferred but not required.                            

Current BLS required
