Renewal Memory Partners is urgently seeking a reliable, compassionate, and experienced Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide exceptional care and support to a client living with dementia/Alzheimer’s disease.

Pay: $22–$25/hour
NYC — Manhattan, Bronx & Brooklyn
Flexible availability Monday–Sunday preferred

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid New York State HHA Certificate

• Experienced with bed-bound or wheelchair-bound clients

• Skilled in client transfers and mobility assistance

• Hoyer lift experience strongly preferred

• Dementia or Alzheimer’s care experience preferred

• Patient, kind, and empathetic

• Reliable, professional, and flexible

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
