Welder

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

Location: Omaha, Nebraska

We are seeking an experienced Welder to join a busy steel fabrication shop supporting precast concrete manufacturing operations. In this role, you will operate MIG welding equipment and use blueprints and fabrication layouts to produce steel components used in precast concrete products.

The hourly pay range for this position is $23.00–$25.00, excluding benefits, potential bonuses, and other compensation. Starting pay will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, geographic location, and internal equity. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical, allowing room for future wage growth.
