Are you an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) looking for an opportunity to lead a dedicated team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of residents?
A well-established skilled nursing and rehabilitation organization in the Peoria area is seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead facility operations and support a strong culture of quality care, accountability, and resident-centered service.

What You'll DoProvide overall leadership and direction for daily facility operations
Ensure quality resident care and services are consistently maintained
Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders and staff
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Monitor facility performance, quality measures, and key operational goals
Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, employees, physicians, and community partners
Oversee staffing, recruitment, retention, and employee engagement initiatives
Work closely with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary leadership team
Participate in surveys, audits, and regulatory compliance activities
Develop and implement plans for continuous quality improvement
Monitor budgets, expenses, census, and overall facility performance
Address resident and family concerns professionally and promptly
Promote a positive, team-oriented culture throughout the organization
Serve as a visible and engaged leader within the facility and surrounding community
Current Illinois Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA)
Previous experience as a Nursing Home Administrator preferred
Strong knowledge of skilled nursing facility operations and regulations
Proven leadership and team-building skills
Strong understanding of quality assurance and regulatory compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong financial and operational management abilities
Ability to recruit, retain, motivate, and develop a strong leadership team
Highly organized with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
