About the Role:
Havenova Home Care Solutions is looking for a warm, nurturing, and reliable Babysitter/Nanny to join our team in Greenwich, CT! This is a wonderful opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families by providing safe, attentive, and loving care in a home setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, hands-on childcare in a safe and nurturing home environment
• Assist with daily routines including meals, nap times, and bedtime schedules
• Plan and engage children in age-appropriate activities, games, and educational play
• Transport children to school, appointments, and extracurricular activities as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and child-safe living space
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and daily activities
• Provide light housekeeping duties related to childcare, such as laundry and tidying play areas

Requirements:

• Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or nanny services preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with strong references
• Ability to pass a background check
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Patient, compassionate, and energetic demeanor with a genuine love for working with children
• Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with families
