McGregor PACE is an innovative, community-based Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) dedicated to helping older adults remain healthy, independent, and connected to their communities.
We’re looking for an energetic and compassionate Dietetic Technician / Nutrition Associate to join our Nutrition Services team at our East Cleveland location. This is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships with older adults while playing an important role in their nutrition, health, and overall well-being.
You’ll work closely with a Registered Dietitian and an interdisciplinary care team to support the nutritional needs of PACE participants. Under the supervision of the Registered Dietitian, you’ll provide nutrition screening, follow-up, education, care coordination, and other nutrition services that help participants achieve their health and quality-of-life goals.
As a Dietetic Technician or Nutrition Associate, you’ll have a varied role that combines nutrition services, program participant support, care coordination, and community resources.
What We’re Looking For
We welcome candidates who meet either of the following education/credential pathways:
- Dietetic Technician, Registered (DTR or NDTR) who holds an Associate’s degree and has completed an ACEND-accredited Dietetic Technician program; or
- Baccalaureate Degree (or higher) graduate who has completed an ACEND- accredited Didactic Program in Nutrition and Dietetics.
Additional qualifications include:
- Minimum of one year of experience working with older adults or a frail/medically complex population required.
- Experience working in a community-based program or interdisciplinary care setting preferred.
- Current Ohio driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate, team-oriented approach and genuine interest in supporting older adults.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work beyond a traditional clinical setting. Your day may include time at our PACE center, collaborating with the care team, connecting participants with nutrition resources, coordinating services in the community, or supporting someone in their own home.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours. No evenings or weekends.
Work setting: Our PACE Brooklyn site which includes the Adult Day Center, Clinic, Therapy Room, Transportation Office, Warming Kitchen, and more.
