Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Provide basic information and assist customers as needed
• Maintain an organized and professional reception area
• Assist with administrative and clerical duties
• Support dealership departments with daily office operations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience is preferred
• Professional, friendly, and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
