What You’ll Do:

• Engage customers, build rapport, and guide them through the buying process 
• Present vehicle features and benefits across the CDJR lineup 
• Conduct professional test drives and deliver an exceptional experience 
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong communication to close deals 
• Work with management to achieve monthly sales goals 
• Maintain a customerâ€'first approach while maximizing sales opportunities 

What We’re Looking For:

• Automotive sales experience is a plus, but high performers from any industry are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and negotiation skills 
• Competitive mindset with a drive to exceed goals 
• Professional appearance and positive attitude 
• Ability to learn product features and follow a proven sales process 
• Valid driver’s license
