Auto Lube Technician – No Experience Required + Ongoing Training

 is looking for a motivated Lube Technician to join our high-volume Service Department.

Automotive experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to build a career in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

• Perform oil changes and basic vehicle maintenance
• Inspect fluids, tires, batteries, brakes, and other vehicle components
• Replace filters, wiper blades, bulbs, and batteries
• Mount, balance, rotate, and service tires
• Perform wheel alignments
• Follow manufacturer service and safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training
• Properly use and maintain dealership tools and equipment

Qualifications:

• Automotive maintenance or repair experience preferred
• Tire mounting and balancing experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license and insurance
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Must pass pre-employment background, DMV, and drug screening
• Own tools preferred; tool purchase assistance available
