We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility contract in Kuttawa, Kentucky. This is an immediate-start opportunity and a great fit for a PT who enjoys post-acute rehab, geriatric care, and helping patients improve mobility, strength, balance, transfers, and overall functional independence.
This role offers the chance to work with adult and geriatric patients in a collaborative rehab setting while making a meaningful impact throughout the recovery process.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and physician orders.
- Treat orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and medically complex patients.
- Provide gait training, balance training, therapeutic exercise, transfer training, and functional mobility interventions.
- Educate patients and caregivers on safety strategies and home exercise programs.
- Collaborate with nursing staff, OT, SLP, and the interdisciplinary rehab team.
- Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.
